The room felt a bit basic, and one thing I really missed was having a small refrigerator to keep drinks, which would have made the stay more comfortable. Also, the carpet didn’t seem very clean, which took away from the overall experience. With a few improvements in these areas, the hotel could offer a much better experience for guests."

The social areas are limited, not bar inside hotel, no complementary water in the rooms, no body cream, or any regular items for a hotel of this class. Staff very kind and ready to help. Room service take too long to provide anything requested (i.e. 90 minutes to get a iron press). "
