"Was first given a storage room. Then i was given a decent room, but the employee stole my cc#. This was the only place I handed my card over or even used it in a week and that night it was used by an unauthorized user here in town? Dude, you can't be serious. "

"As a mom traveling with a toddler… it was my worst nightmare getting into bed at midnight after a long drive only to find out that both beds were infested with bed bugs. I found this out after I put my son to bed. I had to wake my son up at midnight, book another hotel and had to pack up our belongings right away. The staff was very understanding and apologetic offering me another accommodation but after the amount that I saw…I had to leave."
