This condo was in the perfect location for an easy walk to and from UF campus. Response from the property manager was excellent, timely, and offered assistance when needed. Nightly rate was phenomenal in comparison to other lodging around and I would book this condo again in a heartbeat over everything else in the area!

The apartment was in a great location , close to everything you would ever need … it was fully furnished with all the cooking supplies and linens. There was an issue with the appliances and some of the linen not being clean. I contacted the host and they gave me a partial refund and had some new linens sent over the same day . Communication and follow up was absolutely 10/10 … the only complaint is that I think the property needs a professional DEEP clean . Whoever is providing the cleaning service for the host is taking advantage . There is a bit of dust , dirty rug & not thoroughly cleaned appliances . However, the spacious apartment and communication made up in part for it . I would definitely stay there again, especially for an extended stay, I would just clean myself like I did .

We left a puzzle and hope the next guest enjoy.
Bedroom , this was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in … the covers are off because these are check-out pictures
