My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

We stayed 5 nights and no one ever came to clean our room even though we requested it several times. They would send up toliet paper. Towels and garbage bags and did show up at 9 pm one night to clean our room but we were in bed as I had a terrible ear infection. Upon arriving I wandered why the garbage can at the elevators were overflowing and even on the floor but after the 3rd day I realized they were having the same problem that we we’re experiencing.

Nightmarish experience. I was traveling with a friend who wanted his own room. We booked this hotel at the last minute as it was close to the NP HQs. We arrived at 7 pm to find no front desk, just a bar area that was manned by a young lady who stated that we couldn’t stay as the owner had not been ...

The staff was very friendly and eager to help. The facilities are great with an excellent (and surprisingly big) garden. The volcanic tunnel on the property is huge and worth the visit by itself.
