"My room was very clean and housekeeping occurred at really convenient hours My brother needed extra time to sleep and I expected our room not to be cleaned as during one of our days we left the hotel room at 4pm and was pleasantly surprised to find the room cleaned when we returned Housekeeping was solid and they also opened the window every day which was nice The room was clean and had a modern look which I personally appreciated There was air conditioning which was nice The soundproofing in the room was good and we appreciated being assigned to a room in a corner on a relatively quiet floor as it allowed us to chat late into the night Criticisms: (Smallest to largest) -The hallway in front of the bathroom was a bit thin -The main entrance is closed after midnight and you have to circle to the north side to use a side entrance -Due to my brother and I being germaphobic We ran out of shampoo and body soap since understandable the bottles were only half full when we arrived Housekeeping solved this by the next day which we were thankful for -and on the last day at 8am a fire alarm went off, it seems this was a false alarm It was definitely a bit interruptive of our sleep I was overall very impressed 8.5/10 I would very much be willing to book this hotel again if the service remains at this standard"

"These are lovely new rooms with a good size balcony. I stayed in a single room and was a bit surprised there was no small fridge this would be the one suggestion I would make to improve it. Otherwise well located next to supermarket, bus and tram and about 20 minutes to city centr. I enjoyed my stay here and staff were very helpful and friendly."
