"Check in staff were wonderful, our room was very clean and spacious, we had a suite with sofa and 2 queen beds, My wife really appreciated the walk in shower as she has leg issues. Breakfast was very good, hot and delicious! Overall a great place to stay for several days! On a side note, maintenance has a couple things to fix, an entire section of tile is missing at top of shower wall, also gapping hole where wall and door jam meets in bathroom and box between bedroom and sitting area where maybe a smoke detector was or should be with exposed wiring. But none of these things effected our stay."

"The hotel was just what we needed for our trip. The room was very spacious, clean, and quiet. The staff was friendly. We were, however, surprised that a hotel of that size and quality apparently only has one luggage cart. Because we were traveling with two small children, we had a fairly large amount of luggage. When we came in, we had to wait while one of the staff went to find the cart. As we were leaving , one of the staff said he would bring it to us, but he never did. "

"The property needs to be updated. We booked under the impression it was Best Western Premier with breakfast and while we were there it changed to City Express and they had no breakfast and coffee was cold. The only reason I’m giving them 2 start is because the staff was great and I know it was not there fault. "

"The room was not serviced during our stay. The pool was green and alge on the bottom. The room not up to par, carpet was filthy and the rug felt very humid. We ended up leaving a day early, no refund. They allowed pot to be smoked outside"
