This was a very good hotel stay experience. The hotel and my room was very clean. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and professional and check it was fast and easy. The bed and pillows were comfortable . The HVAC unit was quiet and worked perfectly. The room was quite. The complimentary breakfast was also one of the better ones I have had while staying in a hotel.

Hotel is under renovation. Would have been nice if that was included in description. Fitness center was closed, only one elevator operational, had to ask for towels, washcloths and hand towels when we first checked in. Had to ask for more toilet paper as only a half roll was provided. Breakfast was below average I would say. Staff was very nice and helpful and room was fine with new, comfortable beds. Hopefully, once renovations are done some of this will improve. I was expecting more from a “Premier” Best Western.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The hotel is directly off of I-95, which is very convenient. However, a lot of the appliances in the hotel room are stainless steel and all of them had some form of rust on them, which is unsafe and not clean at all.
