"Was greeted by friendly staff when I arrived to check in. They described all the amenities and answered any questions I had. I didn’t try the restaurant so cannot comment on that. Room was clean and bathroom had a great tub. Very convenient location. Steps away from Hakata Station. Close to many options for food and sites to see. When I’m back in Fukuoka, I will book here again."

"This is an excellent hotel that we just picked by shear good luck. The hotel is very clean, breakfast buffet is fantastic, rooms are clean with fresh water in the fridge everyday. Hotel staff very friendly & spoke basic English which helped for us. Location is great as well, right next to Canal City shopping & food and a short walk to Hakata station which is a major hub making travel anywhere easy. Neighborhood very safe as well. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Fukuoka!"
