Nana 大野who is working in breakfast lounge of 33 rd floor went to other dining room to get coffee for me. Next morning she was preparing already to serve me that coffee by getting it beforehand. Her professionalism is very impressive. I really appreciate her. Ocean spa service was awesome. The sea view from room was very nice. The bartender at bar of 35 th floor and the staff working in Sushi restaurant...

"Clean fairly large room, that is maybe due for an upgrade. Still a great place, fabulous central location. Great breakfast buffet and literally hundreds of restaurants within walking distance.
Kokura is a great place to visit and there is plenty to do and see.
We will definitely be back."
