It’s a 2 star hotel and my expectations were not great but I booked it as a stop off as we had a very late flight back to the UK and had to vacate the ABNB that we had been staying in Marbella at 11am. Checkin was at 2pm but the room was ready at 1.40 so we dropped off our bags and spent the rest of the day exploring.
The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and the staff were kind and helpful. The room ( a triple) was small but had everything we needed including a fridge which was very useful. The bed linen was clean and fresh ( until I spilled some coffee on it ) and there were plenty of towels, soap and shower wash in the bathroom which also had a hairdryer.
The air conditioning was wonderful and a small balcony gave us a little outside space. The hotel is situated in a very traditional Spanish street where it is very quiet with lovely little shops and cafes in very close proximity, far enough away from the chaos of the Fuengirola beachfront. Although we didn’t actually sleep in the room the beds were very comfortable and I’m sure would have offered a peaceful nights sleep. It looked as if everywhere inside had been recently painted. whilst there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room there is a machine in reception where you can help yourself to drinks,tea,coffee, juice etc at a cost of €1.40 (you pay when you checkout) we felt this was very reasonable and convenient. They also offer a continental breakfast option.
I would definitely return, great value for money.
