Lovely river house

We enjoyed the beautifully decorated river house. The hot tub was a treat each evening along with a relaxing fire by the river. We even enjoyed sitting on the back deck watching the birds. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was nicely stocked. We loved our vacation!!

River House

House was very clean and fully loaded with everything you need. Beds were extremely comfortable and bathrooms had plenty of clean towels and wash rags for the weekend. The property was immaculately kept with a nice fire pit and table on the deck to take in the beautiful river.

excellent cleanliness, too much fragrance on sheets and bedding( we have allergies and it messed with them). Enjoyed the view off of the back but we would have liked another blind off of the back in the King room to make the room darker in the morning.

Lovely little cottage on the river, great access to wine and trails!

We had a wonderful weekend visiting wineries, enjoying the views, and staying at this great find on the river. We ended the night with a fantastic firepit. The house was clean and just as shown in the photos; we really thought it was cute! We look forward to returning.

Perfect getaway

We stayed one night at the cottage for our anniversary and it was just what we needed: a night away from the city with views of the water and trees, a hot tub and a firepit. We made dinner in the well-stocked kitchen and ate it on the porch overlooking the river. Also, the king bed was so comfortable, we want to get the same mattress for our own room.

River House

Didn’t receive any check in information from the owner until I had to ask the day before check in. Finding the property was easy, and it’s an overall nice property, just way too much religious decor, and there was a smell of raw sewage coming up from the kitchen sink/in the living areas. Made what would have been a pleasant stay not so pleasant.

Great spot off of the Shenandoah River and close to a major highway for easy access.
