The rooms are dated and need refurbishment. The bed was uncomfortable and the king size bed was covered with two small sheets rather than one big one.
The sink had a big crack in it. I wouldn’t have sold that room with that sink.
There’s a lot of noise from restaurant patrons leaving and the people in the rooms above made a lot of noise at 2am.

"There was a nice feel to this hotel. It felt homely with it's creaky wooden stairs and beautiful bannister; when we came in late at night and let ourselves in through the big door with a key and crept up the stairs to our room so we didn't disturb any others, it felt like coming home!

"This hotel is located in a very nice forest area. However the building is fully outdated. Restaurant is closed. Breakfast is limited. Stairs to go to your room are risky. I was on the 2nd floor. If you want to walk, bring your own food, skip breakfast and have peace then this place might be for you."

The bathroom was roomy, with a tub/shower (but watch your step getting in). For me this was a convenient location to walk through the old parts of the city and it's narrow, cobblestone roads."

Next time! The first receptionist was lovely, very welcoming. The second one was not so good, but all in all 10 out of 10. The hotel could do with a slight revamp as it's showing its age, worn carpets etc. But still a great hotel
