"Everything was clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and while it is not a particularly kid focused hotel, the kids (6 and 8) were always welcome and accomodated. Breakfast was perfect and the two dinners we had in the reataurant were excellent. It was our first stay but we are already planning to come back. The only downfall was the small bathroom sink. "

"Nice, clean and modern boutique hotel with large rooms and baths. Although located in a light industrial area, the hotel was very quiet and is conveniently located to the Wunstorf train station and several grocery stores and other shops within walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaints: The floor heating in my room would not respond to the thermostat setting (it was very warm) and the breakfast buffet (good), is pricey if booked separately. "

"Brilliant hotel. Clean and modern. Manager was so helpful. Nothing too much trouble. He booked us a restaurant and organised a taxi. Then let me borrow his laptop to do online check in. So friendly and polite and helpful. The hotel is in a rural area and it is very quiet and peaceful. Especially rooms at the back facing the car park. "

"Room was really spacious and had everything we needed, however the room was very hot and the one fan provided didn't really help. It was during the hot weather so can't say it would always be a problem. There was a mini bar, but no tea and coffee making facilities were available and the decor was very dated. Overall for a quick stop in Dusseldorf it was fine."

"Wir waren für eine Woche am Steinhuder Meer. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und lässt sich auch mit Rollator gut erkunden. Das Restaurant „Die alte Moorhütte“ ist auf jeden Fall einen (oder auch mehrere) Besuche wert! Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Handtücher und auch Bettwäsche waren vorhanden. Alles in allem können wir die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! Auch die Vermieterin war sehr nett (und die Nachbarin ) : ))"
