"It was like coming home! Villa Kapresse not only met our expectations, but surpassed them. We felt right at home from the very first night. We had dinner at the restaurant, which kicked off a perfect stay. The food was delicious and the ambiance was so relaxing. The continental breakfast was more than we could want, delicious fresh bread and our fruit and yoghurt bowls were excellent. The staff is beyond friendly and super helpful with ideas for things to do during the stay. Our room was super clean and thoughtfully decorated. The AC and fan worked great and the terrace was a nice surprise. The entire Villa is well maintained so we felt like we were in an exclusive space on the island. The location was perfect as we were centrally located. If you want a real home experience of St Martin, instead of the same ‘ol tourist stay, then book a stay at the Villa. You won’t regret it. "The Property was great, The host was terrible. Took over 3 hours for him to respond to my check-in location request. The address was wrong, and the taxi driver couldn't find it. Had to walk 1/2 hour in the street with luggage. When I arrived, I informed him that the address was wrong, but he insisted it was right. found out later that the address should be 239 not 259. The instructions for the safe didn't work, took 3 days for him to respond to my request."

"Difficult to reach host prior to check-in. Checked in and were appalled at condition of property. Very dirty, lots of trip hazards, random bucket of water in a closet, gum on patio door track, carpets hadn't been vacuumed. Two of the windows were covered with plywood. I spoke to host and he argued that property was clean and refused to give refund. VRBO similarly refusing to intervene for refund. We stayed here one night and moved to a different house the next day. I attempted to cancel the reservation, but the VRBO app wasn't working on the island (patchy internet access). This property should not be rented by anyone. Overall terrible experience. "

"Absolutely wonderful place on Grand Case Beach. Lived hearing the waves so close to the covered porch. The view was perfect. Cleaners, maintenance so friendly. I want to come back. "
