Stayed here while visiting friends in the area. The house was very clean and nicely updated, the neighborhood was residential and very quiet but still close to restaurants. The owner was very communicative and friendly through messages. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Masato is the most thoughtful, gracious host. He provided us with all the information we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen had everything we needed. We had to extend our stay an additional week due to the airline outage, Mateo was able to accommodate. Restaurants were close by, also shopping. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Fresno.

Our stay at this VRBO home was wonderful! The house was incredibly spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and enjoy. Everything was spotless and organized with great taste, making it feel welcoming and comfortable right from the start. One big plus was the gated fence around the property. It offered an extra layer of security, which was especially helpful for our pets—they loved being able to roam safely in the yard. We arrived a bit later than planned, around 10pm, but our host was gracious enough to allow an extra hour for checkout, which was very generous and made our departure stress-free. If we ever pass through this area again, we would absolutely choose to stay here once more. Highly recommended!

This was an excellent rental that had everything you needed, except for maybe some spoons. Lol. But I'm certain if we had asked for them we would have gotten them! As soon as we arrive to the property we took a look around and opened the back door and the door knob came off! I contacted the owner of the property who had his property manager Ramon over at the house in less than 30 minutes! Ramon fixed the door in record time and was available the next day as well when I texted to ask about something else. The home was decorated with beautiful modern decor and there was no carpeting, which is something that I look for in a rental for cleanliness reasons. There was even a lock on the gate that went around the property for extra security. Also, I've rented VRBOs many times, and there is always a long list of instructions for checkout, but the book in the home basically said to enjoy your stay and that there were no instructions. Naturally, I collected all of the trash before we left and made sure all of the dishes were washed, because I think that's just common courtesy, but it's nice to not have an entire list of chores to do the day you're trying to pack and head to the airport. This owner has several rentals in the area and I would definitely stay in one of his properties again if we come back to the area This property was an 8 minute drive to the Fresno airport.

From the very beginning Masato, the host, was very helpful. He checked in frequently and went out of his way to accommodate my needs as a fire evacuee. The house was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and I felt safe. The price was very reasonable making this a great deal! If I have need to stay in Fresno I will look for one of Masato’s properties. He has several in the area. Thank you for your kindness!!!

We needed somewhere near multiple events for my daughter's wedding weekend, and this property was perfect. We were able to get to every venue easily, and when there was an airport pickup on short notice, we were able to get there quickly as well. Communication about check in and other info about the property was extensive, and the one question I had was answered promptly. The neighborhood was quiet and the property well-maintained. I would have loved to spend some time in the backyard, but we were in and out all weekend. If I need to stay in Fresno again, I will definitely look for this property or any other managed by Masato

The property was in great shape inside and out. We enjoyed our stay and the property was close enough to the nightlife on 5th Street in Clovis. Overall it was a relaxing trip and a nice getaway. I would stay here again.

The property was just what we wanted and needed for a long weekend of competitive swimming. While the house was a little farther away from the pool than the team hotel, it allowed for better rest and relaxation between races.

After a stay we had a couple of nights before this one, this was a thousand times better. Being able to cook meals was great! The only thing missing were measuring utensils. The house has been completely remodeled and it is very nice. It has great spaces for the pets to explore. Absolutely would stay here again if ever in the area.

Of all the home rentals we’ve stayed at this was our absolute favorite! It was the nicest and cleanest place we’ve ever stayed at. Especially, if we’re comparing to all the home rentals in the US that we’ve stayed at, I can’t believe it was here in Fresno, CA. The home is a true charm and we were grateful to have made it our home for 3 nights. Convenient to stores and freeway. Quiet and clean neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

We spent two nights in Fresno with our family of four. This property was ideal. It was extremely well resourced, it was meticulously clean, and felt very secure. Location was close to everything we wanted to see in Fresno. There were a lot of nice little extra touches like available laundry detergent and coffee. It was great having three good size bedrooms and two full bathrooms, in addition to an available washer and dryer. The kitchen was very well appointed. The open concept kitchen, living area, and dining room was nice. The climate control and Wi-Fi both worked perfectly. The only slight negative was the “open concept” toilet and shower in the master bedroom suite (not our style). Masato communicated with us very well before, during, and after our stay, and he made extra efforts to ensure that all of our needs were met. Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay in Fresno and we would definitely stay here again if we return. Highly recommend
