"The room smelled mildewy and it could’ve been cleaner. The staff was very kind, however."

"The building and lobby and elevator were dirty. The room seemed cleaner. The handicapped unit part was nonexistent. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The bed was very hard. The toilet tissue holder was broken upon arrival."

"We had our booking updated to a newly remodeled room. This updated room was great.Every thing they did with the update was assumed. We are coming back for a stay in September and can not wait to see more updated rooms. We also liked the changes that were made with the hallways and the area where breakfast is serve."

"When i checked in i had to pay a deposit of $50 since i booked thru a third party, you in case there was damage. Even though i got the deposit back, no one told me before hand that it would be required. The staff would not give me a receipt to verify i had paid the deposit. So how was i supposed to believe i would get it back. Also would not give a receipt for my stay, sayingvi would get it from you. Not happy with the whole process so probably will not book with you again orvstay at same hotel"

"Our visit went very well. The rooms were clean and the bed was great (king size). I would have liked to have had better shower pressure but that was trivial. Breakfast was hot and the dining area was very clean and the food bar was well stocked. Staff were awesome. "

"We loved everything about this beautiful cottage! It was somehow spacious and cozy, all at the same time. Impeccably clean, well equipped and so very comfortable. The bed was THE most comfortable we've ever slept in..seriously, it was. The hosts, Tim and Melissa, were wonderful about ensuring that we had whatever we needed, even reaching out beforehand to see if there was anything special that we thought we would need. The location was quiet and peaceful and easy to get to. We enjoyed the baby grand piano in the living room (perfectly tuned) and the rocking chairs and hummingbird feeders on the porch (we saw our first hummers of the year!) The towels and linens were clean and perfectly fluffy. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked. And I was so pleased to find a vanity, with stool, a magnifying mirror and good lighting in the bathroom. We ladies appreciate thoughtful touches like that. We can't imagine anyone not enjoying their stay here and we hope to return soon."
