The staff was very helpful, beautiful grounds, quiet, a lot of amenities. The only slightly negative was like every other facility I've stayed at, the continental breakfast could of been a little better. All in all, a very nice stay.

Property was extremely well maintained and clean. You could tell that management was thoughtful about guests comfort and needs. Nice surprises were the balcony, gazebo by the pond, and access to free coffee, water and frozen lemonade! We also took advantage of the free movies in the evening located in their in house theater with comfy seating! We would definitely stay again!

Its very quiet with the occasional passing traffic on the main road, shopping is a short distance in all directions and the places to eat are great. Lots to do if you want or enjoy the walking trail of relax.

A beautiful place to stay. Great for family, good things to keep kids busy and great breakfast. Having worked in the hotel business staff needs to sell the surrounding area-helping more with where to eat, shop and explore. Didn't know about the farm across the street-a woman in town told us about it. Overall we loved our stay just needed more guidance at times.

Overall, our stay exceeded my expectations. The grounds were vast, the walking path was private and long, premier suites are like huge apartments, the breakfast was hot and delicious, and the staff was very accommodating. I would recommend staying here. As for dinner in the area, definitely visit the Amish buffets. Mrs. Yoder’s kitchen or Farmstead. You won’t be disappointed..

The resort was very comfortable for our 2-night stay. The check-in was easy and the lobby offers iced water, coffee and lemonade slushies 24/7. Our room was very nice, the bed was comfortable and our view from the balcony overlooking the immaculately manicured grounds was very enjoyable. The breakfasts were delicious, and featured trademark Amish country cinnamon rolls. Parking was very convenient to our room. We also enjoyed the walking path on the property and gathered around a gas fireplace on the back patio one evening and chatted with other guests of the resort. There is a miniature village and play area for families who bring children, too. The Berlin Resort was a good choice for us.
