There was no microwave, in the middle of the night the radio and tv turned on. The hallways were so loud at 3am there was someone slamming the doors non stopped checked it out and there was no one. Very spooky I think I’m better off at motel 7.

Overall a nice place, though somewhat dated, it was very clean. Shower pressure was good, bed was comfortable. I would have liked more pillows.

It was a cozy small and clean hotel with reasonable price. We put a sign that we don't need room cleaning service, but housekeeping was knocking out door every 20 min. starting from 9:30 am, though check out was at 11 am. Overall it was a good stay for 1 night.

Lobby was pretty, checking in was very easy, front desk attendant was very nice. Room was nice clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. At night couldn’t watch television because the Direct TV reception was bad and because there was no carpet in the hallway everything echoed when doors closed or people talked.

The hall way and room has a smell, an old smell. Maybe if you use some kind of cleaners with good fragrance smell that might help. The yard area is very nice

Always a good experience staying at the Piccadilly. Safe with onsite security at night. Professional staff. Great restaurant and bar. Best restaurant is Fresno across the street. They could have better televisions but they are remodeling the rooms including bathrooms. Will definitely return.
