"Our stay at this hotel was terrible. The first and most serious issue was that we were bitten by bedbugs. We woke up with red welts from the bites. The second problem was the beds — they were awful. The mattresses are old and you can feel the springs underneath. The balcony of our room was also very dirty, covered in pigeon droppings. The third issue was dealing with the staff, which was the worst part of the experience. It seemed like they worked for different companies because they couldn’t even agree on the schedules of the hotel’s own amenities. One of the reasons I chose this place was for the beach club (which, in my opinion, was not very nice). However, what they don’t tell you is that the hotel offers its amenities for private events. During our stay, there was a wedding that weekend. I asked about the beach club hours and the front desk told us one thing, but they never informed us about the wedding. The next day, we planned our day around going to the beach club, only to find out that access for guests was closed due to wedding preparations. That wasn’t even the worst part — the employees gave us looks of annoyance, and there was clearly a lack of teamwork among them. I do not recommend this place at all. It is overpriced for the poor experience they provide. In San Carlos, Sonora, there are many newer hotels with much better infrastructure for the same price or even less."

"primera y ultima vez que me quedo en este lugar, las habitaciones no son comodas, estan muy desarregladas, los muebles son muy viejos ya estan rotos, la llave de la tina del bano estaba liquiando, la puerta corrediza del balcon no cerraba, tiles quebrados en todo los pasillos del hotel, no habia internet ni agua caliente, el costo de las habitaciones es exesivo como si pagaras por un hotel de lujo, la comida no es buena y a parte de eso los precios estan bastante altos en general.."

"Buena ubicación si la idea es ir a los restaurantes que tienen playa. El mar no se ve desde la propiedad, aun así la terraza esta agusto y muy grande. Fácil comunicación con el host y el fraccionamiento muy seguro y los guardias muy amables. La casa es amplia, 3 cuartos, 3 baños, super cómoda para ir con la familia (incluyendo niños). "
