Peccato per la pulizia.... Insetti morti negli armadietti e polvere... Materasso camera natrimoniale con evidenti macchie giallastre. Coprimaterasso del divano letto con molti residui di sabbia e peli. Personale Foncia poco professionale nell'affrontare il problema e gestione del cliente. Mi è stato proposto pulizia lunedì o wifi...?! Ho dovuto chiamare l'altra agenzia Poplidays per sollecitare la risoluzione dei problemi, i quali sono stati molto professionali e veloci. Solo dopo la loro pressione mi hanno mandato una persona alle 15.00 ( ma ormai avevo fatto io) Un'ora per trovare e dire dov'era il rubinetto centrale per aprire l'acqua.(si trova nel corridoio esterno all'appartamento).... Data dell'esperienza: 29 giugno 2024
