This double-decker gem boasts a beautiful, custom-designed interior, phenomenal views looking out over the Surfside Jetty, and a prime location just three blocks from the nearest beach. Spread out on one of the two massive decks for sun-soaked leisure or alfresco dining.

Highlights of the custom interior include high-end furnishings, luxurious linens, and one-of-a-kind design details like built-in bunk beds and playful nautical touches. The main floor features an inviting open-concept layout anchored by an ambient fireplace and a massive smart TV. Plush sofas let you relax while streaming your favorite shows, while the boating-inspired daybed offers a cozy spot to drift off for an afternoon nap. A huge kitchen island, custom cabinets, and top-of-the-line appliances fill out the kitchen and meals can be enjoyed at the adjacent dining table or out on the deck. Also located on the main floor, the primary suite features a large private bathroom complete with a walk-in closet, a dual vanity, a tub, and an enclosed shower.

Parking is not allowed under the house or on the patio. The driveway will accommodate up to eight (8) cars.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
