"What a darling place! We love it! The color & decorations are so calming. The AC & frig worked wonderfully. The view is AMAZING! Sunrise to sunset was stunning. The neighborhood is very quiet & we had the beach to ourselves! If I had to do it over again, I would’ve ordered the golf cart for my 86 year old mom, but we will next time. The only thing I would’ve liked better was a little bit softer bed. They are all VERY firm but some people may prefer that. I ended up on the sofa which was fine ....

We liked having the golf cart to drive around town and the balcony was awesome for morning coffee and a glass of wine in the evening. We enjoyed watching the ships from the balcony also. They were so close! . . . Jack was an excellent host and was easy to contact when needed. It was our first time in Surfside and we would definitely return in the future."

"We had a great time at this beach house for our recent visit. The large porch is great for enjoying the sounds of the beach in the morning; and the location is very close to a pedestrian bridge to the beach. Manager was easy to communicate with, and we hope to come back again soon!"

"The house is on the canal is just a minute from the bay. It is clean and comfortable. Personal care products are provided in case you forgot something. The kitchen was well stocked. Remember to bring the mosquito repellent, cuz they were relentless. The neighbors we met are friendly. We spent some time conversing with them when we were done fishing."

"This house is BEAUTIFUL and HUGE!!! In total we had 10 adults, and 7 kids ranging from 1-16.(total of 5 families) We had more than enough space and never felt over crowded, but always felt close enough to be able to be together! My only complaint is it was not the cleanest. My one year old would crawl around and his knees and feet would be black, in the couch had old chips and the light in the kitchen had someone else’s name written in the dust😅 but other than that we absolutely loved it! "We took our daughter and her friends to the beach for the weekend. House was more than adequate and well stocked. Great balconies to enjoy the beach front location. Only thing we were not keen on was the water smelled quite badly of sulphur. I believe this is a known problem in Surfside. Would definitely stay again!"
