"Shuttle from federal station was fantastic. We arrived and the shuttle had already left. I contacted the hotel and they sent the shuttle in less than 10 minutes. Absolutely fantastic! The breakfast was perfect and certainly exceeded expectations for a comfort inn. Can’t say enough about the place. "

"The hotel itself is good not great. But for the price, it is outstanding. The highlights were that the bed/pillows were very comfortable and shower head was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel. Also, the young woman at the front desk to check me was very friendly. I’ll definitely be returning when I need to stay in Queens again."
