Denied providing me water bottles- although clearly they were giving out to other guests. Denied changing my room as one of the electronic curtains were malfunctioning. Did not fix the curtain as well. Not staying there ever again."

"My group had a very bad experience at another hotel that was rundown and soiled with mold in the bathroom. We checked out at 9:30 am booked the Beacon and when the gentleman was told what we went through at the other hotel he checked us in early so we could get well needed rest. Top notch experience at the Beacon thanks again for such great service. "

"We used to live in Charlotte and were here visiting our family. The area was great, lots of good restaurants around. Safe, quiet and clean apartment. Much more space than a hotel room, especially loved the patio. Would definitely rebook. Only minor suggestion would be a better mattress, my husband didnt mind it but I would have liked a firmer mattress. Loved having a washer dryer and full fridge. You won’t regret staying here! "
