I booked and paid online. When I arrived at the property they said that I had to pay for my room. When I told them that I booked through a third party they stated that they only received a room request and not payment. So I was charged again so they could assign me a room. Thus is completely unacceptable. Next ti.e I will just book with the property.

There were cops in the hotel due to roudy guests. Not a safe area. The manager was very supportive and even called around other hotels for me. Thanks to that manager I was able to stay in a safer property.

I had to change my room multiple times. Whoever cleaned the room left their hair all throughout the bed. There was hair all throughout the room and bathroom. The rooms and hallways smelled horrible. I will not be returning.

The hotel itself was fine, but I was not happy when the credit card I provided was ran for $50 then another charge for $12.31 within an hour of checking in and we hadn’t used a thing!! Still trying to get that handled!😡Oh there was an issue with a bag of garbage sitting in the hallway all the time we were there.

The staff was very friendly, rooms are cozy, smoke smell is a bit strong, but, the staff gave us air fresheners. Everything is close by, but, the traffic is CRAZY!!!!! I would DEFINITELY CHOOSE CANDLEWOOD SUITES as a place to STAY.

Easy to check in - very friendly staff- beds were comfortable- requested a king size bed or two queens but only one queen available and it was fine. Bathrooms were very clean. Really liked the sound machine that was in the room. Helps to block out any noise so my dog doesn’t bark - keeps her nice and calm. Thinking about buying one for us.

Convenient to task at hand. On arrival, room assigned was not ready due to no bedding on mattress; had to go back to desk to get another room. After my one night stay, one elevator out of service and other had no working lights, so walked down four flights of stairs.

Lots of construction going on around the property. Fire alarm went off at 11:30 PM. No mirror in bathroom. Had an odd vibe. Hotel is mostly cut off from the other businesses in area due to road layouts and traffic volume. Can't walk anywhere safely from this location. Staff was helpful during fire alarm.

Gone downhill...
We have always searched for candlewood when we traveled as we loved these hotels. As of late, not so much, to the point we probably won't stay at another. When we went to go in our room the door would not work. We had to get a different room, and the only king room they had was a smoking room. We do not like all of our belongings smelling like smoke, but I wasn't paying for something I'm not getting, so I agreed. The room reeked, had stains all over the floors, chairs, and couch. The toilet seat was basically falling off, to the point you had to be very careful or you would end up on the floor using the restroom. Then in the morning we discovered the coffee pot did not work either. We couldn't even notify anyone upon checkout as your to just leave your room key in a box on the desk and there was no one there when we left. My fiance was furious and I was also upset, as these hotels used to be very luxurious and comfortable. Like a little home away from home. Anymore they have become a "what will be wrong this time." We've stayed at others last year that we additionally had issues

I liked the help I received by front desk specially a person named Newton. There was an issue with my booking where I booked Twin bed however it was available. Unsure if the issue was with Expedia or Hotel. Nonetheless, we didn't have twin bed on first night and one person from our group has to sleep on floor. Front desk helped us to move into a different room with two beds next day. Other than that everything else was fine.

Booked a room with two beds. Said they didn’t have two beds when we arrived and couldn’t get one. Walked into the room with a damp carpet and the strong smell of mold and mildew. Main light in the room can’t be turned off because the light switch it broken. Had to duct tape it to get it to stay off. Desk light is broken. Bathroom door doesn’t latch and the lock is also broken. Told me they couldn’t give me a discount or any type of refund because I booked through Expedia.
