Downtown historic buildings have always fascinated me and I love to restore them back to their original beauty. We torn this house down to the studs and renovated everything. This home is close to the canal and about a 10 min easy walk to downtown. Close enough to enjoy all Frederick has to offer and tucked away on a quiet street.
You will feel right at home here. The mattresses are amazing! You’ll have your best night sleep! It has been set up as if we were going to live there. It has everything you would need to cook a great meal if you wanted to stay home. You can walk pretty much anywhere downtown. If you need to you can call an Uber anytime. There is also a MARC train in town if you want to go into DC without the hassle of driving. I hope you enjoy our homes as much as we do.

Really great location to enjoy everything that downtown Frederick has to offer! Quiet street with lots or available parking an convenient walk to bars, restaurants, breweries, and the creek. This was the perfect place for my family to stay while visiting.

This is the one you are looking for

This property is cozy, comfortable and very close to downtown. All the amenities we ended up needing (dishes, wine opener, wine glasses, shampoo and conditioner) were included. If I come back to visit Frederick, I'll definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was very well appointed clean and a perfect set up for our family. We were in town for a wedding. This accommodation was perfectly located near the highway exits and conveniently close to downtown without worry of lots of circling of the downtown’s one way street. Will be back.

Great little place to stay in Frederick for a couple or small family. House was clean and up to date with good Wi-Fi and well set up kitchen. Best part was being able to walk into the center of town for shops and restaurants in 5 minutes! Highly recommended!!

We so enjoyed this cozy house for our holiday trip to visit family. The backyard yard was perfect for our granddaughters run & play on the manicured lawn. Great location, super clean, well appointed and all of this comes with an exceptional host! Danny is a great communicator and goes above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay. Beds are comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Danny also provided local recommendations for restaurants etc.
