There were tiny ants crawling on the counter & base board (no big deal) they did offer to come deal with that issue. There was also a leak in the master bathroom that my fiance fixed. After the second day the "fast wifi" stopped working. We had to reach out a few times for toilet paper and the internet issue. Was told a tech would come (never did).
