This charming, updated 3-bedroom unit spans 2 levels on the second floor of the building, offering a peaceful atmosphere and easy access to downtown Fraser’s dining establishments and breweries. The hourly shuttle service to Winter Park Ski Resort stops close to the main entrance. This is an ideal family condo that can accommodate up to 9 guests, situated next to the Fraser River, which provides access to hiking and mountain biking trails during the warmer months and snowshoeing in the winter. The main level features hardwood flooring, a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, countertops, and cabinets, along with a dining area. The living room is highlighted by vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and access to a spacious private deck that offers mountain views, an outdoor dining space, and a BBQ grill. On the main floor, you will find the primary and second bedrooms, both furnished with a Queen bed and flat-screen TV. The updated full bathroom is conveniently positioned between the two bedrooms. A small nook area is ideal for storing jackets, shoes, and boots after engaging in outdoor activities. The property staff was easy to reach by phone for any questions. I was able to use sister property as a holding space for my snowboard while my condo was getting ready.
Location was a quick drive to Winter Park, and easy to get to. Great communication with the property management company, they were incredibly helpful and quick to respond. Will definitely stay with them again.

Clean, furnished nicely. Plenty of space and beds for us to be comfortable. Good location. I was disappointed to not have it clearly stated we were not on river side and that the hot tub was obviously down for maintenance for some time. They are not required to do so, but for transparency it would have be valued.
Wonderful place! Close to restaurants and snow tubing hills. Thanks for sharing your home!Two adults and teenager. Loft was perfect for 13 year old to have some private space.
Unit was clean and comfy. Kids enjoyed “their” space in the loft area. I understand it’s primarily used as a ski lodge for able-bodied folks, but I feel it useful to share that my older, somewhat disabled dad had some trouble with the entry stairs.
We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The location was great, very close to town and the ski resort. There was enough room for us and our four kids. The living area was a little tight, but it worked for us. There was a nice, large dining area to eat and play games.
The kitchen had everything we needed, however there were dirty plates and cups in the cabinets when we arrived, which was really disturbing. I'm sure it was from the previous guests, but still gross.
Two of the beds were pretty uncomfortable, the others were nice.
Overall a good stay, but I'm not sure if we would stay in this location again
The location in Fraser, CO was perfect! It was close to the YMCA Snow Mountain Ranch Camp, the community ice skating rink, commercial tubing hills and two downhill ski resorts (Winter Park and Grandby Ranch). And, there was a free bus that ran every 15 minutes thru town and to both Winter Park or Grandby.
5 Night Stay during Thanksgiving Break 2022:
The layout of this condo was perfect for our family of four. Our emerging adults, at 18 and 19 yrs, were grateful to have their own rooms and a break from dorm life. The extra beds in the loft came in handy when their local friends stopped by for a night. The two large couches in the living room and adjacent dining table with 6 seats gave everyone a comfortable amount of space to relax together. The small but mighty kitchen has a good layout and is well-stocked with pots, pans, baking dishes, knives and cooking utensils; which made for easy meal prep and cooking. Location in Fraser is ideal if you enjoy a break from the busy resort areas = quiet mornings and quiet evenings. Living room and dining room windows offer nice views of Byers and sunset skies.
