We are conveniently positioned near the Winter Park shuttle bus line, the Fraser River Trail, and a Safeway Grocery store for all your food and beverage requirements. Our unit is within walking distance of the delightful bars and restaurants in Fraser, and just a short distance from downtown Winter Park. This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom vacation rental is ideal for a peaceful mountain getaway. Enjoy in-unit laundry, complimentary toiletries, and a fully equipped kitchen. The breathtaking Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests offer stunning views and endless entertainment. Wonderful place! Great location - supermarket within walking distance. Exactly as advertised. Lots of thought went into the design of the place and we had a lovely weekend!
Great ski condo, good location, perfect for our small family. We enjoyed the tastefully ski-themed decor and the user friendly condo/ area guide. Very clean, furniture, plumbing, appliances, and kitchen utensils in good condition. Only 2 blocks from groceries and the ski bus! Our favorite place in WP so far.
In town from Minnesota to watch grandson play hockey at the Icebox in Frazier. Location was great, easy, and fun. The heated floors were delightful! Met our needs at reasonable price. The 6-8 inch snow really topped off the trip as well!! Would love to come again during ski season to see the runs.
This cute place was done so well! Disappointing not to have reliable internet! AC is down. The unit needs more lighting in living room and lamps by the bedside. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Nice, but poor Internet
Well maintained, nice property in a great location. However, the Internet is horrible, it went out every 15mins. Once that is fixed it will be a 4 start property.Side note, we received a text that poor Internet is common in the mountains. That is not true. We have friends who live here and have been staying in Winter Park/Fraser for years and never had Internet problems.
