Great spot!

Nice open apartment, comfortable beds, very accommodating. Only downer was no hot tub looks like it had been closed for a while possibly only a seasonal thing. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay near Winter Park

Our family had a great stay. The condo was recently renovated and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and plenty of spices and condiments for those interested in home cooking. It is located about 10 minutes from the Winter Park Resorts and close to restaurants and grocery shopping. There is also a bus stop 5 minutes away (walking). We would definitely stay here again.

A perfect New Years getaway!

We had a wonderful time in this unit. It was perfect for our family of 3, and very clean and well appointed. Furniture was comfortable, sheets and towels were good quality as well. Checking in and getting settled was a breeze. Word of warning, it is a 3 floor walk up so if you are physically impaired this may not be the best unit for you. That said, we absolutely loved the view from the deck. The kitchen was well stocked and we had no trouble cooking meals, making coffee, and having snacks. Parking is easy and the unit is just a short drive from the town of Winter Park and Resort. My family felt at home here and we would 100% stay here again.

WP Jazz Festival

We came up for a Jazz Festival in Hideaway Park for the weekend. Kevin was so accommodating and made sure we had no problem accessing the unit. The unit itself was just a described by the pictures, very clean and nice. The only downfall was 1 friend had some issues with climbing 3 flights of stairs, which is no fault of Kevin's. I would definitely stay at the unit again for future trips. Thanks again Kevin!!🤗

The place was clean and well stocked. We used the hot tub each evening, and had the whole pool/hot tub area to ourselves. The walking trail was adjacent to the property, and a great place for a run or walk.

Great location, just minutes from Winter Park Resort and the lake communities of Granby and Grand Lake. The condo was clean, and the amenities were great. Communication with the property manager was fast and easy, and all our questions were answered. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location!

The condo has everything you will need for a Colorado getaway. It has an awesome balcony view of the resort. It's a short walk/drive to stores, restaurants, and Winter Park resort. Kevin was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The condo was very clean and well stocked with extra blankets and towels. I would definitely stay here again!
