Located in the heart of Fraser, just 10 minutes from the Winter Park Ski Resort, and 1 minute from the grocery and liquor stores. You'll also have member access to the heated outdoor pool, hot tubs & gym at Club Meadow Ridge just minutes from the condo.

Comfortable Condo steps from a Lift stop

This condo is beautifully decorated with everything you need in the kitchen.Our host, Cedric, was quick to answer my texts when we lost our connection to the internet, persevering until we found a resolution! We rode the Lift to the mountain each day. Worked beautifully. Beds were comfortable w lovely bedding, smart tv - so bring your streaming passwords. Thank you Cedric and Sarah for opening your comfortable condo to us! Happy New Year!

A fun, cozy condo.

Great location for catching the bus or driving to Winter Park to ski. Well-stocked and clean kitchen. Responsive and kind owner. I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Winter Park/Fraser.
