They charged us EUR 40 for an earlier check in which is ridiculous… the staff are untrained and very rude, did not want to see the issue with it and another EUR 45 for parking?! Also, they don’t reply to customer requests.

Holiday Inn - the niu, Air Frankfurt Messe by IHG
On both Monday and Tuesday evenings the 23 hour cafeteria was closed. In Wednesday it was open but in serving pizza. Best Western Plus Welcome Hotel Frankfurt
Nice room and breakfast buffet, but the first thing I discovered when entering the bathroom was a long-tailed silverfish which wasn’t the nicest surprise, even though they’re pretty harmless.
