Convenient location for a lot of the attractions. The remote check in was chaotic and not easy. Had the hotel been transparent with the information they needed upfront it would have made our lifes easier. We had to do the remote check in with patchy wifi and without a computer. That was a real problem and the people we dealt with were not accommodating. Next time we will stay somewhere else.

7 minutes walk to train station. Quiet area. Close to city center as well. Pretty clean. They have a little GYM room, which will be enough to keep yourself in shape)

YOU MUST FILL OUT FORM BEFORE ARRIVING otherwise you'll delay yourself from a quick check-in. It's a self check-in and rooms are available mostly after 3pm. Most of the communication is done by Email. Cleaning department is from 10am-5pm so if you need anything request withim the time frame, after 5pm you must communicate by email for next day. Checkout is at 10am Only request for late check out is until 6pm for 42 CHF Either 10am or pay 42CHF to change check out until 6pm There is someone until 4pm I believe if you need any assistance. The apartments themselves are good, a little smaller than expected. No safe box. About 5-7 minutes walking to the Train station. Comes with coffee machine, kettle, iron, iron board, dryer, refrigerator and plates and cups and other things. In the area of the hotels during the night time I didn't see any homeless people or anything, But getting closer to the train station you'll find more homeless people and a lot of trash. You'll find homeless people too in the center and outside of the shopping area but in front of the hotel I didn't see anything. A few stores and restaurants very close to the hotel which is very good.

A tiny apartment in a great location
Very compact, with everything needed for a stay. If you are traveling with someone, know them well as the shower and bathroom afford very little privacy. It is very efficient with timely email contact with information you need to use a keypad to enter. No human interaction. Very close to train station with supermarkets and restaurants near and tourist areas very close.

Overall good location and walking distance to major important spots in the city. We had a hard time communicating with the service line. For example we waited 2 days to hear response for a sheet change request and they never did it our one week stay. Hallways were smelly and no cleaning services are scheduled. On the weekends is impossible to get contact with someone for any concerns. Even when we arrived early in the morning from a transcontinental overnight flight with a small baby they did not let us check in before 3 pm even they had rooms available. There was a total lack of disconnect with the basic human common sense and desire to help. This place does not honor its pictures and description as we saw before booking. The picture of the entrance that is on the website is from another totally different building, misleading the customer into thinking they are staying at a place with a beautiful architecture, layout and amenities. Trust me, it does not look as nice as they advertise. We are experienced travelers and sometimes can get over the fact of a misleading picture but we cannot forgive the lack of human touch, customer service and unkept cleaning. We will not stay at any of these properties again and will advise whoever reads it to stay away from them.

Overall was OK if stay short term.
We stayed there 4 nights, and no clean for one night and they did not empty the garbage. There were smell from the garbage even if it’s empty. Overall was OK.

I had an amazing experience ..very close to the city center. I had lots of fun and party time with the girls from various Eros centres and home delivery girls came to visit as this location is perfect. Good times.. Highly recommended

Stayed 4 nights no cleaning at all, not even clearing rubbish bins. If guests should clean the place ourselves, there were no tools provided too. The apartment looks well maintained and the self service laundry place is very good. The property is just 7 to 8 mins walk from the main train station but you will pass some dirty streets.

Vision Apartments Frankfurt
Vision apartments were very efficient and communication was excellent, as all was done by email, price for us was also excellent. Apartment we stayed in was small, but clean and suitable for us over a three night stay, a nice shower and tv with some English tv channels. Only small issues were, expel air in bathroom did not cut out and was audible at night, also pillows were not very comfortable. Over all a very good and convenient place to stay as restaurants and the train station are very near, along with trams and the bus to Frankfurt Hahn.

Good choice for price and quality
Quite pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and the place overall. The kitchenette was a nice feature. The reservations team is quite speedy with email responses, which is good given their quirky check-in process (you need to email a copy of your passport after you make your reservation, then the day of check-in they'll send you a 6-digit code to use to access the building as well as your room).

Bright modern apartments in central Frankfurt
We loved our 3-night stay at Vision Apartments Frankfurt between Christmas and New Year. Communication via email beforehand was easy and in English. We received clear check-in instructions and had no problems whilst there. The apartments are only a few minutes walk from the main train station (which is one reason why I chose them). The apartment itself was clean, bright (nearly all white!), modern, well-equipped, secure and comfortable. It was warm and cosy (if perhaps a bit too warm!) but you could open the large windows as well as use the air con. We had a ground floor room. It was pretty quiet while we were there. There were shutters on the outside controlled by a button inside, which was handy as the room was so white, including the curtains, the shutters helped keep it dark for sleeping in! The wetroom area had contemporary fittings with a large rainfall shower. I liked the white waffle cotton bathrobes provided. It had a well-equipped kitchenette. Only thing that would have made it better really was if there was a full-length mirror. Would stay again if we returned to Frankfurt and would consider their other apartments in other cities if visiting those!

Never got the code to get in and haven't even been in contact with me still!! Have asked for a refund and not even a reply. Still no code or contact weeks later! A great place to stay for a trip to Frankfurt!
Upfront: I am German, and my hometown is 25 by train from here, we decided to spend a week closer to the "action". So for the non-locals - this is an EXCELLENT location if you want to visit the main attractions in Frankfurt and surroundings! First of, for Frankfurt I would consider it a quiet and safe neighborhood. Yes, lot's of street traffic, construction, etc. BUT - 1 block from the river, 7 minute walk to the main train station (Hauptbahnhof) from where you can go ANYWHERE. 25 min stroll to Roemer and Zeil (shopping), and the "museums Ufer" across the river (Highly recommend the film museum!). Now for the apartment itself - tiny! Make sure you like the person you're staying with ;-) BUT Everything new, functional kitchen including 2-burner stove, dishwasher AND (drum roll) espresso machine! Few items I missed, but not deal breaker. Keyed entry to everything works great, 5+5 washer/dryer in the basement (even though a few were broken). Loved the bathroom, great shower, but again, small. During the week we had one cleaning visit withe linen change, and one towel change. Lot's of stores and a small grocery stores all within 10 min. We never ate out because between Christmas market and local food - no need! Insider tip: Find the Kleinmarkthalle (limited opening hours) and indulge yourself! A great place all around for a trip to Frankfurt!

Over all very pleasant and enjoyable stay over there. Well maintained. Just one comment, it would be good to have some user manual for the kitchen appliances or air conditioner. Every gadgets from different company have different operation. If the user manual is available in the room, it would be more convenient.

The place was great. Clean, comfortable, and a kitchenette to make some food. Check in was a bit of a hassle though. You need to look for an email for check in instructions after booking. They forgot to send it to us and insisted that it was sent to us until they realized that they forgot. After this slight hiccup we very much enjoyed our stay here.
