Very nice place to stay for a few days, staff are friendly and welcoming, hotel is just across the road from a tram stop and an S Bahn station, just 3 minutes on the train to Frankfurt main station. Room was clean and tidy and housekeeping was in every day to have a tidy up too. Excellent place to stay for a few nights

Good stay but needs improvement

Gym was awful! Its a room in the basement with no lights, broken machines and a few floor matts. Was embarassing to call that a gym! Breakfast was ok, not a huge selection and needed more fruit but generally was ok.

Clean a good rooms and service. It is good and bad that the train runs right next to it. Access to it it is great but it runs all the time and you are able to hear it from your room.

I stayed in a single twin mattress room. It's small and narrow, but just fine for one person. Appliances were new, the room was clean, and proximity to S-Bahn and U-Bahn is very nice. I would absolutely stay here again in the future.

We were looking for an affordable hotel for one night that was close to the train station. This hotel worked out, but it was farther than I expected- about 1 mile. It was a clean and reasonably comfortable hotel.

Below Average customer service

It is a recently renovated hotel, clean and comfortable. However, they do not have enough staff and as a result, the service levels are well below an acceptable level. There was no kettle in the room and had to ask a couple of times to get it. The breakfast is a well-below acceptable standard. There is no buffet-style breakfast and instead, you have to request the staff for coffee to toast to everything. With only one staff serving many customers, it was frustrating to get the breakfast.

Es geht gerade so.

Das bad hat sehr schimmelig gerochen, auch wenn es sauber und noch nicht in die Jahre gekommen war. Das zimmer selbst war zwar sehr klein aber total ok. Klima funktionierte. Der Aufzug (Zimmer war im 5. Stock Altbau) dagegen nicht. Die Rezeption wusste Bescheid, aber am nächsten Tag ging er immer noch nicht. Frühstück wird auf der Rechnung mit 18 Euro angegeben, dafür kann man morgens deutlich mehr erwarten.
