Quiet apartment near Frankfurt

  • The accommodation is suitable for couples, business travelers and families (with children). We want you to feel comfortable with us and therefore offer our guests privacy through a completely separate area (approximately 76sqm) in our house. However, we are always available, give tips and are always helpful. We expect a courteous and appropriate behavior of our guests and a respectful handling of the inventory of our apartment. Thank you for that.

    As our guest you have the possibility to rent for 1, 2, 3 or 4 persons. As soon as you choose to book, you will have access to our entire floor with two single bedrooms and a twin bedroom or a double bedroom, living room with kitchen, bathroom and guest toilet. You enjoy the stay exclusively with us and must then z. B. do not share the bathroom with strangers. In the summer you can also sit in our garden and also grill on request.
    We are always at your side with help and advice and support you, where we can only, so that you can enjoy a pleasant stay with us,

    Kelkheim / Taunus is located on the city limits of the Rhine-Main metropolis Frankfurt am Main, but as far away from Wiesbaden, Mainz, Taunus, etc. with high recreational value. The transport connections by car or public transport are optimal. It is a small town with a charming town center surrounded by fields and green belts.

    Very good transport links to the motorway, Frankfurt Airport, Frankfurt Trade Fair, Rhein-Main-Verkehrsverbund (S-Bahn, U-Bahn):

The very best apartment of our trip

This is a beautiful apartment in a very pretty town. The furnishings are modern, the apartment is spotlessly clean, and the owner is a delight. There is a larger apartment on the main floor (for 4+ people) and that apartment is even more exquisite. Ljiljana was at our door minutes after we had questions regarding appliances or other aspects of the apartment. She clearly takes care of her customers and told me at one point that she "loves her guests." Based on our treatment, I can verify that is so. The apartment is about a mile walk from the train station, so you can either walk there or drive and park your car. The village of Kelkheim has a handful of good restaurants and is within easy driving distance of other pretty towns such as Kronberg and Konigstein. It is also an easy drive to Mainz, Frankfurt, and beautiful places in the Rheingau. We had just begun to discover towns in the Taunus region when our vacation ended. You will not find a nicer place to stay in the area. Thank you to Ljiljana.

Aufenthalt wie schon beim ersten Mal einfach toll. Frau Nieder, die Vermieterin, ist sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung sowie die Einrichtung bieten alles, um sich sofort wohl zu fühlen. Die Sauberkeit ist vorbildlich. Sehr gerne wieder.

Unser Aufenthalt war wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist super sauber und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns gleich wie daheim gefühlt. Frau Nieder ist eine super nette Vermieterin, der Kühlschrank war gefüllt mit Toastbrot, Eier, Wasser, Milch, Speck, Käse, Butter. Vielen lieben Dank für alles an Frau Nieder. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt, der bereits gebucht ist.

Es war ein Vergnügen

Saubere Location. Sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Unfassbar gut ausgestattet. Bierchen zur Begrüßung, liebenswerte Gastgerberinnen. Alles was man nötig hat ist fußläufig erreichbar. Jeder Zeit wieder :-) Alle Zimmer mit TV. Auch Netflix. Internet funktioniert einwandfrei. Das einzige was uns gefehlt hat: Ein Licht auf der Terrasse :-) Und das ist jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau :) Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Great place!

We stayed there for a work meeting and it worked very well for us. There are many commodities available within walking distance, and there is a small park just across the street. The apartment was very clean, bright, well furnished, and functional. We had a pleasant stay and it was very easy to interact with the host.

Eine absolute Seele von Gastgeberin. Eine fantastische u. sehr gemütliche gehobene Ferienwohnung.

Ljiljana ist eine ❤️liche und sehr fürsorgliche Gastgeberin bei der ich mich sofort sehr gut aufgehoben und sehr wohl gefühlt habe. Die Ferienwohnung lies keine Wünsche offen und ist top ausgestattet. Milch, Eier, Schinken und Käse. Toastbrot, Butter, Gewürze, verschiedene Öle, Marmelade, frisches Obst, eine Flasche Wein und Wasser sowie diverse Teesorten und ausgewählte Pralinen. waren bei Ankunft vorhanden. Die Pralinen wurden ausnahmslos verputzt 😀. Ganz toll..... Das Bett war sehr bequem und das Bettzeug duftete herrlich..... Es fühlte sich leicht und kuschelig an. Ich habe exzellent genächtigt. Im Bad waren diverse Dusch-Utensilien und Pflegeprodukte vorhanden und ich hatte Zugang zur Waschmaschine und Reinigungsmitteln. Ich werde definitiv, wenn ich beruflich wieder nach Frankfurt komme, bei Ljiljana übernachten. Schöne Wohnung - ganz tolle Gastgeberin

Wir waren beruflich in der Gegend. Wegen Corona wurde das Seminar öfter mal verschoben, sodass wir auch die Anreise öfter bei der Gastgeberin verschieben mussten. Dies war immer unproblematisch und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet- Gewürze, Kaffee, Tee, Geschirr etc. gab es im Überfluss. Ljiljiana ist wirklich sehr freundlich und wir bedanken uns für die Zeit in ihrer Wohnung!

Wir haben noch keine besser ausgestattete Ferienwohnung gefunden. Es war alles da und perfekt sauber. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert. Der Grill im kleinen Garten hat uns Freude gemacht. Ljiljana war immer da wenn wir eine Frage hatten und ist eine herzliche Gastgeberin. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Traumwohnung

Eine schönere Ferienwohnung habe ich noch nicht gesehen. Traumhaft schöne Küche aus hochwertigem Material, großes und stylisches Wohnzimmer, gemütliche Zimmer und hübsches Bad. Moderne Dachfenster mit Fernbedienung, Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer. Sehr gutes W-LAN und Netflix. Sehr zuvorkommende und nette Vermieterin (bei Ankunft gab es Brot und Butter im riesigen Kühlschrank). 👍 Für uns war es ein richtiger Urlaub. Wir wären so gerne länger geblieben!

Schöne Wohnung

Sehr schöne, gepflegte Wohnung im Dachgeschoss. Liebevoll eingerichtet, herzlicher Empfang mit Wein, Obst und Leckereien. .. Leider ist an vielen Stellen eine doch sehr geringe Kopfhöhe - für große Menschen nicht ganz so günstig. Es gibt zwar eine Klimaanlage im Wohnbereich, aber in den Schlafräumen wird es doch recht warm. Vorallem, da man nachts die Fenster nicht offen lassen kann, da der Verkehrslärm der rückseitgen Straße ziemlich unangenehm ist. Sehr nette zuvorkommende Vermieterin.

So wünscht man sich das

Absloute Top Ferienwohnung. Tip Top Sauber, alles (in meine wirklich alles) ist vorhanden, von Kaffee, Milch im Kühlschrank, Joghurt, Butter (!), ja sogar Wurst und Käse ist für den ersten Abend vorhanden. Der Wein steht auf dem Tisch, die Betten sind gemacht, und man kann es sich auf der Couch gemütlich machen. Das ist die erste Ferienwohnung in der man sich von Anfang an wohlfühlt. Danke an Frau Nieder. Das war und ist wirklich toll!
