One night stay in Frankfurt and we wanted a hotel close to the Deutsche Bank Stadium. Hotel is nondescript but fine sitting in what appears to be a business/commerce park. Probably best suited to business travellers.

NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE AS ADVERTISED!

Staff was nice and helpful. I stayed two nights to be close to airport and because hotel advertised airport shuttle. On day of my check out to my flight the hotel said they had no airport shuttle and it was last minute airport taxi run, taxi driver charged me 20€ for what should have been 10-12 and I missed my flight :(

Not so good. Property is run down. Housekeeping is not up to the mark and efficient. Not worth the money. Transport Connection to HBF and Messe requires atleast two changeovers.

Das Zimmer war sauber und gut, Einziger Mängel im Bzjeit war geschlossen, adezimmer, der Vergrößerungsspiegel ist viel zu hoch angemacht. Das Restaurant außerhalb der Frühstückszeit war geschlossen, kleine Speisen konnte man nur in der Lounge bzw. im .Barbereich essen. Das Frühstücksbüffet morgens war gut

Gittiğim ilk gün duş sonrası bütün banyo su doldu,havlu verip benim temizlememi beklediler.Sağolsun görevli çok hızlı bir şekilde havluları getirdi.Ertesi günde hemen tamir ettiler.Ama ilk gece yolculuk sonrası çok yorucu oldu.İkinci gün asansörün kapısı açılmadı, kendimi üst kata çıkıp diğer asansöre geçerek kurtardım,pek ilgilenen olmadı, son gün check out saati gelmeden kartım kullanılmaz oldu, yine görevli anlayamadım diyerek düzeltti.Resepsiyon görevlilerine teşekkür ederim ama otel tam bir fiyasko, biraz çalışmalılar. Bunlar haricinde standart bir otel, yer döşemedindeki halılar eski ve temizliği şüpheli?Teşekkürler
