Meine Reservierung war nicht vorhanden! Der Fernseher kann vom Bett kaum erkannt werden aufgrund des Blickwinkels von unten ist der Bildschirm sehr dunkel. Das Bett ist sehr weich. Keine Heizung im Bad Instant Rührei beim Frühstück mit Aufbackbrötchen

Great hotel

Great stay here. The room was very comfortable and quiet. Couldn't hear anyone else ever. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out. The breakfast was delicious. Lots of foods. The dining area was beautiful too. Good location of the hotel. Not far from the local train station.

Dem Hotel ist einfach anzumerken, dass es schon ein wenig länger existiert und gerade ein wenig mit seinem Profil zu kämpfen hat. Das Personal ist freundlich, mein Zimmer war sauber und alles Notwendige ist vorhanden.

Personal ist der Schlüssel.

Das Personal hat 20 Minuten getaucht nur meine Reservierung zu finden. Auch alles andere war sehr zäh und man hat das Gefühl der erste Gast da zu sein.

Übernachtung nicht zu empfehlen

Die Übernachtungen waren unzumutbar. Entgegen der Werbung, war kein Restaurant und keine Sauna verfügbar. Das Zimmer hatte den ersten Tag kein warmes Wasser, duschen nur mit eiskalten Wasser möglich. Am zweiten Tag tröpfelte es nach 30min warm, das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt und es wurden keine Betten gemacht zwischendurch. Der Fußboden war mit roten Flecken voll, evtl. Blut, er war nicht gereinigt. Auf Anfragen einer Gaststätte um am Abend was essen zu können, sagte ein Mitarbeiter am Service, er weiß es nicht, er komme nicht aus der Gegend. Am Abend war kein Personal am Empfang, obwohl steht 24h ist jemand da. PKW musste auf der Straße stehen.

Avoid staying here if possible.

Wifi basically dead, cannot browse any sites since it was too slow. Air conditioners throughout the hotel were disabled, claiming it was Autumn and no air conditioning needed. Location is far from town, and also far from public transport to town.

Naja... !!

Zimmer ist leider ziemlich abgewohnt. Wir hätten für den Preis (99 EUR pro Nacht) deutlich mehr erwartet ! Wir haben in Frankfurt und Umgebung schon deutlich bessere Hotels zu deutlich besseren Preisen bewohnt (aber scheinbar lag es auch mal wieder an einer der zahlreichen Messen, dass kräftig Aufschlag verlangt wird). Das Frühstück war am Freitag noch okay, am Samstag gab es weder Brot (nur Brötchen) noch Rührei noch Speck oder Würstchen.

90er Jahre Hotel mit Investitionsstau im Industriegebiet. Wirkt abgewohnt, Zimmer & Flure riechen muffig, Bad nur "geht gerade so". Saunastart war 2 x versprochen, war aber nix. Frühstück unterer Stanard bei dem Preis. Für eine Nacht okay, dafür aber zu teuer.

Do not stay here

We reserved a room here though Expedia and had until 6pm to cancel. We're we're to pau the hotel directly, not Expedia. We arrived in time to cancel the reservation, guy at the desk tells us all hotels in the area are booked and his hotelis or only option and that we cannot cancel the reservation. We're sent 15 minutes down the road and found another room. Two days later the hotel charges us for a room. Ironically, qr ngwhat gave the hotel our credit card info, expedia did.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Gutes Frühstück mit einem Kaffee, der auch wach macht. Lage im Industriegebiet ist Ok, wenn man ein Auto hat und es ruhig möchte.
