It was a bit hard to find the hotel. Signage could be better, but once I found the hotel office on the 2nd floor ever staff member from the manager to the cleaning lady was very nice.

This suited my needs perfectly. I did NOT need a large hotel room, as I was traveling alone. Although small, the room had everything I needed: small bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, TV [although one of the three times I stayed the TV was incorrectly connected and there were no programs on it], and more importantly reliable Wi-Fi. A bakery was across the street, so breakfast was no problem. Also located close to great shopping, AND MORE IMPORTANTLY, bus and rail transportation was within two blocks easy walking.

The people there were pretty friendly. The room was on the top floor. Warm and quite stuffy. I opened the window and door to try to ventilate it a bit. There was someone in the adjoining room which I don’t think was actually a hotel room but an apartment, who was making shouting and hooting sounds all night. The sheets and towels were clean. The room itself was dirty, switches on lamps had sticky residue on them, wood had scorch marks and scratches. Many of the lights were inoperable and a few were pulled from their place in the walls and hanging loose. Breakfast buffet was 12 euros and fine.

Good value for price

Hotel is located in the middle oftown near city hall and a big shopping mall (walking distance about 300 meters along Offenbacher street). Room was super clean. Breakfast was a good, with an excellent variety of items.

Very noisy since the Walls are very thin and we could hear the neighbors snorring. Interior is rather old fashioned and worn-off. The gangway smelled smokey. Far too expensive for the provided quality.

The street was very noisy and the windows weren't sound-insolating. the windows couldn't be opened. The bed was squeaking all the time and you could even hear the nighbours. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Overall A very Bad Stay Experience I saw a few Worms in the Room and Toilet was Stinky . Uncomfortable Bed and Noise from the Main Road . Way to far from Center .Staff not available when required I Made a wrong choice . Never Again here

Sehr gute Betten - Kühlschrank und Ferseher ok Leider laut zur Straße und Fenster schliessen schlecht.Sehr unangenehm hat das Bad nach Kanal gerochen. 20 Minuten bis S-Bahn und 10 zum Rewe. Rechnung war ein Drama was teilweise auch an Hotels.com liegt.
