The price was really low. So I cannot complain too much. Staff was nice and helpful. Overall condition of property was quite run down, parking was extremely tight and was charged for. Small rooms with less than no-frills.

This hotel was alright, definitely nothing special. We only stayed one night so it was sufficient. However, there didn’t seem to be a bar or laundry services as advertised. It is also in a sketchy area, nothing is really close. The service was good, very friendly. Overall, okay place to sleep at but probably wouldn’t stay longer.

Horrible!

When you ask why your room is not the one you purchased .. they said it’s just marketing. To get you a better room you have to pay more. And once you have that room, you have to chase cockroaches instead resting.

Worst hotel I’ve ever been in

Possible one of the worst hotels I’ve ever been in. It was so bad I had to check out after 30min it’s to find another hotel. Firstly it’s located in an extremely rough part of Frankfurt. The walls were paper thin, the curtains were nearly hanging and weren’t even big enough to cover the window. The mattress was basically wood, there was dirt everywhere, never been cleaned properly for a while. No one should ever stay here!

Everything else was ok but the dirty carpet with many numerous past stains left a lot to be desired. Definitely had to wear my shoes(not barefoot) around the room. Also, the carpet has not seen a vacuum cleaner in a long time. I can see lot of bits of stuff on the carpet around the whole room. The carpet is filthy. I didn't pay much for the room $35/night for 7 nights...so I get what I pay for.

Der Aufenthalt im 3-Sterne-Hotel in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs war insgesamt in Ordnung. Die Mitarbeiter sind nett und hilfsbereit, sprechen deutsch und sind eher zurückhaltend, was aber kein Problem darstellt. Der Aufzug war praktisch, um das schwere Gepäck problemlos in die oberen Etagen zu bringen. Das Zimmer war recht sauber und ganz nett, dennoch habe ich zur Sicherheit selbst das Bad mit Desinfektionstüchern gereinigt. Leider gab es ein paar kleinere Mängel: In der Toilette fand ich eine leere Klopapierrolle im Abfluss, die ich selbst entfernen musste, und unter dem Bett lagen noch Kronkorken und ein Flaschendeckel. Positiv hervorzuheben ist der tägliche Service: frische Handtücher, Nachfüllen von Klopapier und ein gemachtes Bett. Das Reinigungspersonal war stets freundlich. Insgesamt ein solider Aufenthalt, der den 3-Sterne-Standard erfüllt hat. Ich würde für kurze Aufenthalte wiederkommen.

In einem sehr ruhigen Viertel und dennoch unweit des HBF entfernt. Sehr hilfsbereite Empfangsperson. Das Zimmer war im Hinterhaus mit Blick zum Innenhof und ruhig. Es fehlte bei mir ein Fernseher. Hat mir nichts ausgemacht. Zustand nicht mehr so neu, aber sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Die Unterkunft liegt relativ zentral, ca. 10 Fussminuten vom HBF entfernt, bzw. Nähe einer Straßenbahnhaltestelle und dennoch in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel. Die Dame am Empfang war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.hilfreich.
