Steps To The Beach & 2 Blocks To Downtown Frankfort - Sleeps 10-11

“The Beachcomber" (Main house) has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and sleeps 10-11. Deluxe Master Suite has a King bed, a Full-size sleeper couch, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower with 8 luxurious showerheads, and whirlpool tub, and an 8 x 10 walk-in closet (large enough for a pack n' play! ), and a private balcony! The second bedroom has a Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower. The "Bunk Room" has 1 Twin XL bunk bed and 1 Twin XL over a Queen futon bed with access to a shared bathroom and shower.

Large updated gourmet kitchen with double ovens, granite countertops and spacious side-by-side refrigerator/freezer. Microwave, 4 slice toaster, 6-quart crockpot, new cookware, bakeware and cutlery set. The garage also has a kitchen and bathroom, for group gatherings!

It's a 5-minute walk to the beach, to enjoy the water, sand & sunsets, or to downtown Frankfort for the movie theater, ice cream parlors, upscale restaurants, and shopping. Take a 15-minute drive to the "Cherry Bowl" drive-in theater with the kids and don't forget to stop at the "Cherry Hut" restaurant for their delicious cherry pie!

The house is lovely & is the most well-stocked of any vacation house I've ever stayed in, & I've stayed in a lot! Modern, clean, lovely decor & enough space that we enjoy each other. We loved the patio & ate dinner out there every night followed by a fire in the firepit.

We had a great trip to Frankfort! The weather was not the best, but the place was great and was close to everything. We had plenty of room for everyone and the house was fully stocked. Jerry was wonderful to work with. We will definitely stay here again if we get a chance to come back!

We had a wonderful time.

Oct 13 - 16th 2023 We had a wonderful time staying in Frankfort during Fall Fest 2023. Enjoyed the parade, especially the Mutt March, the farmers market, the pumpkin drop and especially the Scottville Clown Bane while enjoying some St. Ambrose and Stormcloud in the entertainment tent. We lucked out on the weather. Enjoyed all the shops and some excellent food from A. Papano's, Dinghy's, Roadhouse & Old Town. Of course had to fill our Stormcloud Growler and pick up a t-shirt or two. Took the teenagers out to see Sleeping Bear Dunes. You know you've done ok when you can impress 3 16 year old boys. The house and amenities are wonderful and we had some cozy nights chatting and catching up. Thank you for sharing with us. Hopefully this will be the first of many Beachcomber & Birdhouse stays.

Wonderful stay. I don't think I have ever been so comfortable (and slept well!) in a rental property. It was perfect for our family and my girls are already asking to go back. Great for Reunions

We had a great time at The Beachcomber in Frankfort. The full kitchen and dining area were perfect for our group that likes to cook! Really fantastic setup for relaxing in the common areas, and the bedrooms/baths were very nice and comfortable. Loved the short walk to town... be sure to visit Storm Cloud Brewery! Jerry was super to work with, and we will definitely plan to go back.

This was our second year at this property.

We love that the beach is only a short walk down the street. Beautiful sunsets! You can also walk to town to shop, eat, or get ice cream in the evenings. The owners have done a good job at supplying the home with everything you need in the kitchen as well as for the beach. We look forward to many more stays at the "Beachcomber".

Beachcomber Memories

This was our third year at the Beachcomber. We love the home and the location. It is one block to the beach and to the shops in downtown Frankfort. Jerry has the home well equipped from kitchen supplies to beach chairs and umbrellas! We feel very fortunate to have found this rental! We have already booked for next year.
