**new central air conditioning and new appliances!**
Centrally located on a quiet residential street in the quaint town of Frankfort, MI. 2 main floor bedrooms with cozy living room with lots of light, and kitchen with attached dining room. Upstairs large master suite with king size bed and private bathroom. Front porch and back patio for grilling and relaxing outdoors, with a fire pit for evenings. Spend your getaway walking or biking the downtown area, relaxing at the beach, and exploring the many local outdoor attractions. Wineries, breweries, the Sleeping Bear national lakeshore, and Platte River are all within 15 minute drive. Many opportunities for golfing within 15 mile drive south to Arcadia, or southeast to Crystal Mountain. Excellent location for driving to Crystal Mountain (17 miles) for skiing in the winter as well.

House was great, clean, and in a nice location. It definitely is not “lake view” as the listed stated, and the upstairs master bedroom does not have a door, it is an open loft stairway so lacks the privacy of a real bedroom. But the house was in a great spot near all the downtown amenities and shops, it was nice and clean inside which is always the most important thing to me. It was great to have the washer and dryer. We would definitely stay again!

Excellent. My family was happy with our stay. Neighborhood is quiet and close to Main Street area and beach.Host was available and responsive when contacted. Overall, we are very happy and would definitely stay again. HIGHLY recommend.

It had some problems but I understand it is a project in progress. I wouldn't of rented it until done. The host did contact us when we had problems. They need a booklet to let you know check -in and check- out rules etc.

Good house, good location

Good house in a good location to Frankfort. We were staying for the 2023 Ironman and couldn't have been happier with the location. Short drive to the very nice beach. Would definitely stay there again.

Gem in town

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a great location and perfect size for our family of 5 teens/adults. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well appointed.

Sisters week

My sister and I enjoyed Lullaby House and the Benzie County area. We found beaches, restaurants, galleries and shopping and were glad to come home to our cozy, air conditioned home away from home.

Spacious house - great location

Excellent location. The house was bigger than it looked in the photos. Only down side was the master suite on the second floor didn't have a door. Also the front door was missing a screen (or window) which made it a little tricky to keep out the flies when we went in and out.

Charming home in a nice and quiet neighborhood, excellent location for walking to everything in downtown Frankfort. Had everything we needed for a winter getaway to get some skiing in.

Thankful for a cancellation!

We had a nice stay in Frankfort - the house is an easy walk to downtown and to the beach. Plenty of room in the house for a family of 6-8. Smoke from the Canadian wildfires made mediocre sunsets and water views but we had fun, riding bikes, playing games and sampling several restaurants and of course all 4 ice cream shops in town!

Simple, clean and great location

My family of 4 including 2 teens and our friendly pup stayed for a few days and this home was just what we were looking for. Nothing fancy, but clean, great location and owners were very friendly. Pretty easy walk to the beach and restaurants, shopping etc. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a couple meals and breakfast. Beds were comfortable and we slept well. Upstairs was hot when we arrived, but after a couple hours of running the window air conditioner up there, it made it comfortable. Would stay again!

Frankfort home

The property was clean and everything that you need was there. There was a nice grill to do some grilling out. The kitchen was fully supplied with utensils and dishes. There were towels and linens. The owner contacted us up upon arrival to let us know that the previous tenants caused Some small damage to a wood strip for the flooring that separated two rooms They didn’t have time to fix before our arrival. It’s close to all amenities in Frankfurt and Centrally located so you can visit the entire area. Will definitely consider for an next trip up north.

Up north getaway

Nice property, good location. House in some renovation we were not aware of…spackle, patching on ceilings, no paint therefore many decor items removed? cupboard floorboards missing in kitchen. The floors are very uneven; Watch your step. None of this affected our enjoyment of the beautiful area.
