"We had such a sweet and charming stay. The hosts were truly exceptional — attentive, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. They made us feel instantly at home, like we were staying with friends or family, and went out of their way to ensure our schedule was accommodated and we were well taken care of. The inn itself is beautiful and thoughtfully curated, with a clear love and respect for the home’s 1800s history. The decor, table settings, and public spaces all felt intentional and full of character, with photos throughout showing the house’s journey over time. The historical integrity of the home has been lovingly maintained, which only added to the warmth and authenticity of the experience. Breakfast was a highlight — a delicious three-course meal made with locally sourced ingredients, everything homemade and fresh from the oven, served on locally made or charming thrifted dishware. The owners’ suggestions for dining were excellent, and nearby winter hiking trails were so quiet and scenic. This is a magical place to visit even outside peak wine season. We found many reasons to return and would absolutely recommend this inn."

"Fantastic property. Great views over the bay. Walk on the beach on low tide then watch high tide from the couch. Sauna with water view is a nice feature. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Very much enjoyed the stay."

"A beautiful place to stay- lots of room. We never even investigated the lower level! Excellent communication with hosts, who even left a lovely welcome gift. Staying here was a last minute decision and I’m glad it was available, given that it was a Canadian holiday. (If you plan to cook make sure to bring all the ingredients you need as the kitchen is well outfitted with dishes, pans and appliances, but not the basic cooking spices/oils). We would definitely book again the next time we are in the area. "
