"Excellent stay, amazing upgrade to the Jag hotel. Stellar ambiance, felt like Vegas. Comfortable, clean, modern & relaxing. No parking other than valet was disappointing however nothing to do with the hotel itself. Tv guide not working/available to see what shows or movies were on or coming on. Loved the NL chocolate company bar by our bedside, sweet touch. Would stay there again and again. Thank you"

"Front desk staff very helpful and kind. I was having a “day” and was surprised by a room upgrade and parking for the week. Great location with several food options nearby and within the hotel. Room and bathroom was spacious. View was dynamite."

"Poor customer service after traveling all day, I wasn't acknowledged at the front desk, as the gentlemen was trying to work out schedules. I understood, but it would have been nice to be acknowledged...even a nod. He waited 8 mins before putting the person on hold. The room was sketchy, and loud. Free breakfast was indicated, but it wasn't free ($24+) and they didn't rectify it. I even went to front desk the first morning to ask where to go and was just told outside and to the left. I was later told I should have been given a voucher. Definitely would not recommend or go back to the hotel. However, I loved the waitress at the pub and the food and coffee was great!"
