"The property wasn’t in the placeI it stated caravan Park.Atlantic Bays holiday Park . The post code we ended up in a farm. Not happy. Eventually after a1.30 hours we got to the above place. There was no information which lodge .The lodge itself was grotty needs to be updated wall in bedrooms need to be bit higher. I got a cold it was damp bit tight for family "

"The hotel was very well situated on a pedestrianised street. WiFi was very good. Breakfast was fabulous with lots of choice. The staff are helpful. The only thing I thought missing from the room was a dressing table with a mirror & seat, but otherwise plenty of storage."

"The hospitality is wonderful all staff are cheerful and helpful, we ate in the restaurant most evenings and never had a bad meal from the varied menu beautifully cooked , cleaners come in every day always doing a fabulous job, parking on site is a bonus , the town and beaches in walking distance. "As a first time ,solo traveller, I couldn't praise the wonderful staff at this beautiful hotel enough. They were all so friendly and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble , particularly in the restaurant and bar. The hotel has only been open a few weeks and there are still a few facilities not open but I will certainly return next year when the pool area etc should be complet. Thank you for a lovely stay"
