"My mum and I visited The Old School House to celebrate mums birthday. A 2 night girls trip stay with my dog.The property was lovely and clean, hot tub nice and hot….a little too chemically for my skin, but that can happen so it wasn’t a concern.I reported that the heating was on in one of the rooms and far too hot and the team came back to me promptly to rectify. Lovely beds.All in all a lovely few days. "

The house was perfect with everything we needed for our stay The instructions before check in were easy to understand & the recommendations on the local area were very helpful. would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Fowey. "As anyone who has stayed in one of Cornwall's quaint fishing villages knows, the harbour is a steep drop down from the surrounding land. Fowey is no exception and this charming house extends that! It is built on the side of a hill overlooking the harbour with beautiful views from the living room and two of the bedrooms. It is essentially a split-level design with six levels over five half-flights of stairs (i.e., 2.5 floors). Needless to say, it is very roomy with a large, comfortable living room. It is also quiet and only about a (steep!) 5 minute walk to the town centre."
