"The front desk was super courteous each time we left and returned. They attended to our lack of hot water issue within a reasonable time. Shower was leaking and dripped something black coming down wall from behind spigot. Sheets appeared to be dirty upon arrival but perhaps just yellow dingy from repeated washing. On day 3 we asked staff to change bedding and towels... they did towel but only made the bed. I had to ask again... which they changed at 4pm. They spray 'febreeze' to make the room...
