Our room was okay; nothing fancy but comfortable. We couldn't get the a/c or heat to move off 68 degrees. The shower was tiny and not easy to use."

"Didn't even make it to check in. Drove around for 30 mins to find parking. Then after arriving to the hotel, all the doors were locked and the call box was not working. Waited for about 5 mins and had to call someone to let us in. The front desk reception had been sitting maybe 50ft from the door the entire time we were waiting. Later called to get a refund and never made contact with the manager. "
