"The perfect quiet hideaway with easy access to a variety of natural habitats like beaches, marshlands, forest hiking and STUNNING sunsets. A really wonderful, magical little spot for amateur naturalists and photographers like myself. The house is very well maintained, great welcome package instructions and tips, so close to a magical stretch of beach off the DE bay. It’s a great spot for introverts. Convenient parking, amenities are great, lots of neat little nooks in the house, whether you want to watch the sunset or hide away with a book. I’ve been thinking about when I can come back since the day I left. I took many walks to the beach just down the road to explore the local habitat. It was fun to watch the fishermen, got to see a bit of the horseshoe crab migration (tried to help a few crabs get back in the water), and the night sky was FANTASTIC. "

"We had a very nice stay in the Villas. My Family was down for our son's wedding in the area and rented for 2 nights to be close and relax alittle. We were close to the beach and everything else we needed was close by. The house was very open and decorated nice. This was our dogs first trip overnight somewhere and she loved it and the fenced in backyard was a plus. We will be back again."

The neighborhood is so beautiful and safe, snf walking distance to the beach, where you can see beautiful sunsets!! Also close drive to Washington St mall and to the free zoo!"
