I found this hotel to be quite a good bargin in FDM. The staff was very friendly, the bed & pillows quite comfortable, and the breakfast was very tasty. The grounds of the hotel itself are a little limited but the beach was a very reasonable walk away. There do not seem to be any small markets nearby so it would be advisable to bring water & snacks with you if you plan on spending much time at the hotel.

The breakfast was amazing, the staff was super friendly. I was extremely disappointed in my room. The bathroom was old and not renovated. It was also extremely noisy from the guests even-though I was in a room away from the elevator. I guess these hotel, are not sound proofed. I don’t think it deserves a 4 star rating, the most is 3 stars.

Skuffende opplevelse og hotellet var i mye dårligere stand enn ut i fra bildene. Absolutt ikke verdig 4 stjerner. Vi hadde bestilt og forhåndsbetalt for rom med balkong, men fikk tildelt et rom uten. Måtte krangle oss til et med balkong. Vi skulle bli her i to netter, men det orket vi ikke, så etter en natt byttet vi hotell. Vi måtte allikevel betale for den siste natten selv om vi spurte pent om å slippe det.

Abbiamo soggiornato per tre giorni alla metà luglio 2023. Abbiamo subito rilevato un bagno troppo piccolo e da ristrutturare, infatti le cromature e la ceramica servizi rovinate davano l'impressione che fosse sporco. La camera spartana. Illuminazione quasi assente : impossibilità sbarbarsi davanti allo specchio. Lo staff non preparato. Abbiamo avuto un inconveniente per mal funzionamento cassaforte : non si apriva e dentro avevamo denaro, bancomat, biglietti viaggio ritorno. Nonostante le nostre ripetute richieste di intervento, siamo stati costretti a fare un'ulteriore richiesta "decisa". Hanno dovuto bucare la cassaforte con flex e trapano con timore di bruciare il contenuto dentro. Alla fine ci è stato detto che sapevano dell'anomalia di queste cassaforti (ce ne sono 4). Dobbiamo ammettere la gentilezza della sig.ra Giada e la professionalità del sig. Donato. Unico lato positivo : posizione vicino al centro e al mare, ma ci sono altri hotels. Assolutamente Hotel Acapulco merita solo 2 stelle!!!

Very nice if a little tired.

Stayed here for 4 nights whilst visiting friends. We moved rooms on arrival as we were right next to the gym and pool and were worried about the noise however the hotel was very quiet so wouldn’t have been a problem. New room was on the 3rd floor, not sure it was worth an extra €30pn but we could at least see the sea! Breakfast was ok, nice juice but couple we please be trusted with glasses instead of plastic beakers!! Nice to cycle into the town about 5mins or a pleasant 12min walk but we had to pay €10 for each bike per day so check this?? Ok bathroom with shower over the bath but nice towels and a hairdryer once you got the hang of just about did the job! Pillows are those horrible lumpy bouncy foam ones, I did ask for feather but no joy so definitely put one in your car if driving! The pool is not for lengths just a cool off but was very pleasant with the jets and fountains and a bonus we never shared it with anyone else as only room for about 6 beds, most of which were broken so these must be updated. No side tables for your bits either so had to go on the very tired rickety decking. Lovely gardens with a nice bar area but sadly never open in the day until 5pm, there is however a nice hotel bar. Overall a very pleasant stay and great value for money and would definitely recommend and look forward to returning!

Lovely hotel would recommend

Lovely hotel with a good range of facilities. Room was spacious and clean. The sink was cracked and had been patched up. Sadly there was not near access to the beaches as they are all privately owned. Hotel is within walking distance of the centre which has a good range of restaurants. Staff were efficient and friendly. Breakfast was very good with a wide choice. I would stay at the hotel again.

Hotellet er super hyggeligt og ligger fantastisk, lidt væk fra vandet og med den smukkeste udsigt over bjergene. Morgenmaden er enkel men man kan bestille hvad man ønsker. Personalet er virkelig hjælpsomme og meget søde. Der bliver gjort grundigt rent hver dag.

Hotel in Strandnähe Gebäudezustand schlecht

Hier stimmt zwar die Lage, jedoch nicht das Preisleistungsverhältnis. Mängel am Gebäude wie Rost , Wand und Deckenbeschädigungen werden nicht behoben, obwohl diese ohne großen Aufwand möglich wären. Schade das man hier auf die Aussenerscheinung keinen Wert legt.
