It was amazing the hotel offers a lot of things the staff was super friendly and helpful specially to my 2 years old son he loved there and they would always bring milk for him at night and food when asked and I even got to see some Brazilian soccer players that also were there had a lot of fun will be coming back.

It is right in the heart of the action of the beach strip in Fortaleza. As Americans we didn't realize that most people swim at a beach that is a taxi ride away. however, we didn't see any hotels near that beach, and this is the area for walking and restaurants etc. Excellent breakfast buffet.

All the staff were amazing there is to many to name… Auri, Luco, Gorgia, Juan, to name a few. The staff at the pool bar, the lovely gentleman at the lobby bar. Thank you so much for making my and my 11 years old son’s stay a wonderful one.

Happiest Place in Fortaleza
The staff is truly amazing. I love this place. The people at the front could not be kinder. The people in the SPA are just as kind. Asking if I want water, tea etc. They make me feel so welcomed.

Beautiful view
The new pool is spectacular, what a view. The spa area is so relaxing, very zen atmosphere. The gym has state of the art equipment and is very clean. Perfect way to start your day , workout, go to the steam room and jacuzzi then have a delicious breakfast with a view of the beach. Truly amazing. I love this place and it will be the only place I will ever stay when I am in Fortaleza.

From the warm welcome by the Vallett team to the reception staff's attentive service, great service at the bar and restaurants, to room service, every staff member goes above and beyond to make me and my family feel at home. This is my third year here, and I won't stay anywhere else. The staff's positive attitude extends to every part of the hotel, from reception to the bar, restaurants, and rooms. No water came from either the sink or shower faucets and it wasn’t fixed until the second day of my stay. Fortunately the outside temperature was so hot that water in the cold water pipes wasn’t freezing cold. There was also a bit of mold in the room.

Excellent staff, even served coconut water & cold towels to wipe face during check in. Bell hop handled baggage from taxi & waited for check in and escorted us to room. This a a full service hotel with spa, excercise room, pool, reastaurant, bar. First Class .

Outstanding.
Overall, very good. Staff was great. The room tub/shower needs to be upgraded to walk in. The veryhigh step in is dangerous for shorter people & the tub floor had ground in dirt. But the New Years Eve hotel Dinner party was Superb. Will definitely come back .

Staff were very kind and polite, especially Ana at reception. She was extremely nice and really helped me out with everything. The food was okay, nothing extraordinary but the location of the hotel is what I think really is the attraction of the hotel, right on the beach, the views are extraordinary.
